The RS series machine tools produced by Swiss EWAG company, especially the RS15 machine tool, have the characteristics of high precision, many accessories and accessories such as sharpened PCD tools (with HSK tool holder), and are representatives of PCD tool sharpening machine tools. Electro-erosion Grinding Method Electro-erosion Grinding is the process of removing PCD by forming positive and negative electrodes between the workpiece (PCD tool) and the erosion wheel (or molybdenum wire) and discharging them between positive and negative electrodes. The PCD removal effect of the electrolytic erosion grinding method depends on the gap between the erosion wheel (or molybdenum wire) and the edge of the PCD tool, the feed speed of the cutting tool, the voltage level, and the current size. Electric erosion sharpening machine features high productivity, dimensional accuracy is generally about .01mm, and the surface roughness is about Ra0.25.
